This is Sherjeel Javed, born in Lahore, Pakistan, hailing from the Christian faith. He completed his Matriculation in 2012, followed by his intermediate studies in 2015. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Punjab in 2018 and excelled in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Punjab, Pakistan, between 2019 and 2021.
During his legal studies, he gained valuable experience as an Assistant Advocate, collaborating with Judicial Officers and Senior Lawyers from the Supreme Court of Pakistan and High Courts of Pakistan. His practice extended to Subordinate courts of the Supreme Court, including Magisterial Courts, Sessions Court, and High Courts, where he honed his skills in Legal drafting across Civil, Criminal, Banking, Family, and Tax cases.
His lifelong aspiration to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom led him to embark on a journey to study Masters of Laws (LLM) at the prestigious University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, from 2022 to 2023.
In 2022, an opportunity presented itself for him to serve as a counselor in North Dakota, United States of America. Here, he shared his legal expertise and biblical teachings with the American people, immersing himself in the English, American, and diverse cultures of the United States which is beyond my expectations and imaginations. It was the best experience of my life.
Following his time in the United States, he embarked on a role as a Trainee Solicitor at Churchers Law Firm, working closely with solicitors in the Magistrates and County Courts of the United Kingdom.
Continuing his legal pursuits, he enrolled in the Bar Transfer Course at Blackstone School of Law, affiliated with the University of London and Lincoln’s Inn, in 2024. This journey of academic and professional growth is ongoing as he expands his legal knowledge and expertise.
