Farooq Bashir, a prominent legal professional from Lahore, Pakistan, known for his dedication to his Christian faith, has a remarkable educational background. He completed his Matriculation in 2008, Intermediate in 2010, earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Punjab in 2012, and pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Toppers Law College in Lahore, which is affiliated with the University of the Punjab, from 2016 to 2018. With a career spanning over five years, Farooq started as an advocate with the Punjab Bar Council in 2019, practicing before the lower courts such as the Magistrate and Sessions Courts.

In 2021, Farooq’s expertise was recognized as he was enrolled as an advocate of the Lahore High Court, where he now practices. Beyond his legal practice, Farooq’s active involvement in the legal community is evident through his memberships. He is a distinguished life member of the Lahore Bar Association, recognized as Asia’s largest bar, and holds a similar prestigious position as a Life Member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association, the apex court in the Punjab Province, Pakistan.

Farooq’s commitment to justice extends beyond his legal practice. He has dedicated his efforts to serving as the President of the Christian Lawyers in Pakistan and representing Master Group of Companies, including significant entities such as Master Sanitary, Master Poly Plastic, Master PPRC, and Masterlinks Real Estate and Builders. Additionally, Farooq has demonstrated his advocacy for human rights by serving for over four years at the Law Clinic of Human Rights and Protection Centre (HRPC).
